Every order ships free, to every country. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.

How long it takes
Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery: 7–14 business days for the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. 10–20 business days for the rest of the world.

Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.

If something goes wrong
If your package is delayed, stuck, or lost, email us and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your choice.

Customs
Most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. In some countries, customs may add a small import fee,  that's charged by your local customs office, not by us.
